my 40th birthday jump

Ive been to Jamaica a few times now and Ricks cafe has great atmosphere. A few years ago (on my 40th birthday) I decided to jump off the shorter cliff (I think about 25-30')...especially after everyone in the water was yelling "chicken". I landed in a sitting position and felt a lower back pain. I also woke up the next morning with a black eye ..stupidly I had plugged my nose and my thumb jambed under my eye, causing the black eye. When I got back to the states I saw my chiropracter and he said it was the sciatic nerve, gave me acupuncture... which took care of the problem. Would I jump again? I dont think so....Love Jamaica though.
